As of 3 October 2011, a vote in favour of the merger by absorption of SA COMPAGNIE NATIONALE A PORTFEUILLE into its parent company SA FINGEN was passed by the shareholders of the absorbing and absorbed companies, leading to the dissolution of SA COMPAGNIE NATIONALE A PORTEFEUILLE.
SA FINGEN's shareholders also approved a change of their company’s name to COMPAGNIE NATIONALE A PORTEFEUILLE (CNP for short).
